A quick and easy charcuterie brunch board featuring mini croissants, fresh fruit, a selection of cheeses, and savory cured meats. Perfect for relaxed weekend mornings or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1215 mini croissants, fresh or store-bought
  • 68 ounces charcuterie meats (prosciutto, salami, soppressata)
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese
  • 3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • ½ cup fresh figs or seasonal berries (optional)
  • ½ cup toasted almonds or walnuts
  • ½ cup mixed pitted olives
  • 2 tablespoons honey or fruit preserves
  • Fresh herb sprigs (rosemary or thyme, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients (10 minutes): Wash and dry all fresh fruit thoroughly. Halve strawberries and figs if using. Slice sharp cheddar into thin wedges and crumble goat cheese if using. Arrange all charcuterie meats loosely on a plate, separating different types.
  2. Arrange the Board (10-15 minutes): Place the mini croissants in a cluster on one side of your wooden board. Set small bowls filled with olives, nuts, and preserves spaced evenly around the board. Lay out the cheeses in separate spots, making sure the brie is partially sliced for easy serving. Scatter the fresh fruit artistically. Fold or curl the charcuterie slices and nestle them between cheeses and fruit for visual interest.
  3. Finishing Touches (2-3 minutes): Drizzle honey over the brie or in a small bowl for dipping. Garnish with fresh herb sprigs to add aroma and color. Double-check that everything is easy to reach and inviting.

Notes

Use room temperature cheeses and meats for best flavor. Assemble close to serving time to keep croissants fresh and fruit vibrant. Pre-sliced cheeses and pre-washed fruit can save time. For gluten-free, swap croissants with almond flour mini croissants or mini bagels. For dairy-free, use plant-based cheeses. Store leftovers separately and reheat croissants briefly in a warm oven to refresh.
