A light, bubbly, and refreshing alcohol-free mocktail bursting with bright raspberry flavor, perfect for brunch, gatherings, or any festive occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (about 125g)
  • 4 cups sparkling water (1 liter), natural and unsweetened
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (240ml), freshly squeezed preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (30ml), optional and adjustable to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml), freshly squeezed
  • Ice cubes, to chill
  • Fresh mint leaves, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place fresh raspberries into a pitcher or mixing bowl. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, gently press down on the berries to release their juices without completely smashing them.
  2. Stir in honey or agave syrup if using, along with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix gently until the sweetener dissolves fully.
  3. Add fresh orange juice slowly, stirring to combine.
  4. Add enough ice cubes to chill the mixture well.
  5. Pour sparkling water gently over the mixture. Stir lightly to combine but avoid vigorous stirring to keep the fizz.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as desired.
  7. Pour into glasses, including some crushed raspberry bits. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or whole raspberries.

Notes

Muddle raspberries gently to avoid bitterness from seeds and maintain texture. Use freshly squeezed citrus juices for best flavor. Add sparkling water last and stir gently to preserve fizz. Prepare raspberry base ahead and refrigerate; add sparkling water just before serving for best bubbles. Frozen raspberries can be used if thawed and drained. Adjust sweetness to taste. For vegan option, use agave syrup instead of honey.
