Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. (About 5 minutes)
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Let the butter melt and foam but do not let it brown too fast. (2 minutes)
