Easy Creamy Dunkaroo Dip - featured image

A quick and easy creamy dessert dip with colorful sprinkles that’s perfect for parties and nostalgic snacking. This dip combines cream cheese and whipped topping for a light, fluffy texture with a playful pop of sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • Optional dippers: sugar cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, fresh fruit slices (apples, strawberries), animal crackers

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing on low speed to avoid sugar clouds.
  4. Add vanilla extract and blend until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula to keep the dip light and airy.
  6. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently to distribute evenly without melting them.
  7. Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and firm up.
  8. Serve chilled with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Fold in whipped topping and sprinkles gently to keep dip light and sprinkles intact. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. For gluten-free, use gluten-free sprinkles and dippers. Dairy-free substitutions possible but texture may vary.
