Ingredients

Scale
  • Ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey (or brown sugar), and sriracha. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped vegetables to the skillet. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. Add drained noodles to the skillet with the veggies. Pour the sauce over everything and toss well to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

[‘Prep all veggies and whisk the sauce before cooking for a smoother process.’, ‘If noodles stick, add a splash of water or broth to loosen them.’, ‘Toast sesame seeds for extra flavor before starting the stir fry.’]
