  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder gently with a spatula.
  5. Season with salt and pepper sparingly.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until edges bubble and Parmesan crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  10. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth texture. If Parmesan crust isn’t browning, broil for 1-2 minutes watching closely. Dip firms up as it cools. For dairy-free version, substitute cream cheese, ranch, Parmesan, and cheddar with vegan alternatives.
