A beautifully arranged blush-themed dessert charcuterie board featuring a mix of sweet treats, fresh fruits, cheeses, and crunchy elements, perfect for celebrations and easy to assemble in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Rosewater macarons (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pink-hued chocolate bark or shards (ruby chocolate or white chocolate with food coloring)
  • Strawberry or raspberry jelly candies
  • Mini marshmallows (pink or white)
  • White chocolate-covered pretzels
  • Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Raspberries, gently washed
  • Pink grapefruit segments (optional)
  • Dried rose petals for garnish (edible)
  • Creamy mascarpone or ricotta cheese
  • Honey or rose-infused honey for drizzling
  • Vanilla bean whipped cream or store-bought whipped topping
  • Almonds or pistachios, lightly toasted
  • Shortbread cookies or pink-dusted sugar cookies

Instructions

  1. Prepare the board by wiping it clean and dry.
  2. Place small bowls or ramekins spaced evenly around the board and fill with mascarpone or ricotta, honey or rose-infused honey, and whipped cream.
  3. Hull and slice strawberries into halves or quarters. Segment pink grapefruit carefully, removing membranes. Arrange fresh berries in small clusters around the board.
  4. Neatly stack or fan out shortbread cookies or pink sugar cookies near the dips. Sprinkle toasted almonds or pistachios in small piles to add crunch and fill empty spots.
  5. Gently place rosewater macarons, chocolate bark shards, and jelly candies in groups, balancing colors and shapes. Keep mini marshmallows in small piles or near the whipped cream.
  6. Lightly sprinkle dried rose petals over the board. Drizzle honey over mascarpone if desired or keep on the side.
  7. Fill any empty spaces with extra berries, nuts, or small cookie crumbs to make the board look abundant and inviting.

Notes

Prepare fruits and nuts while macarons and chocolates are out to save time. Keep macarons refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving to maintain texture. Use small bowls for creamy elements to keep the board neat. For gluten-free, swap cookies for almond flour crisps or rice crackers. For dairy-free, use coconut whipped cream and dairy-free cheeses.
