These mini deep dish crescent roll pizzas are quick, easy, and perfect for parties or family gatherings. Bite-sized and customizable, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni or regular pepperoni cut into quarters
  • Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, cooked sausage
  • Pinch of Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Press each triangle into a muffin cup, making sure to cover the bottom and sides completely.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each crescent-lined cup. Spread it evenly over the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese into each cup.
  5. Add your chosen toppings and sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before gently lifting each pizza out of the muffin tin. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overfill the muffin cups to avoid spillage. Pre-cook watery toppings like mushrooms or spinach to prevent sogginess. Brush crescent roll edges with melted butter for extra crispiness.
