  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over each piece. Cover with a lid and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the lid and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
