A light, fizzy, and refreshing mocktail packed with real berry flavor, citrus, and bubbles—perfect for parties, brunches, or any cheerful gathering. This drink is easy to make, beautiful to serve, and loved by kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries; or use frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups prosecco-style sparkling water (or citrus seltzer)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices or twists (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse berries under cold water. Hull strawberries if using.
  2. Add berries, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until very smooth. Add 2 tablespoons water if needed.
  3. Optional: Strain berry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove seeds for a silky finish.
  4. Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of berry mixture into each glass.
  6. Slowly pour 1/2 cup sparkling water into each glass, letting it fizz.
  7. Gently stir with a wooden spoon to mix berry base and bubbles.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Chill sparkling water and glasses for best fizz. Adjust sweetener to taste based on berry ripeness. Prep berry base ahead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Only add sparkling water when ready to serve. For a lower-sugar version, use stevia or monk fruit sweetener. Straining the berry base gives a smoother drink; skipping adds fiber. Freeze leftover berry base in ice cube trays for instant mocktails.
