  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped finely

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the cheddar cheese, pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. While the mixture chills, set up your rolling station. Place crushed pecans in a shallow dish and chop parsley for garnish.
