Flaky golden crescent rolls stuffed with creamy cheese and tender crab meat, perfect for parties or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked lump crab meat, fresh or canned, well-drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Carefully separate the crescent dough triangles and lay them flat on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spoon about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Starting at the wide end, gently roll each triangle toward the pointed tip, encasing the filling completely.
  6. Optional: Lightly brush the tops of each roll with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Keep the crescent dough chilled for easier handling. Avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent bursting during baking. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
