Ingredients

  • Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Milk (whole milk preferred, or 2% or non-dairy alternative)
  • Unsalted butter
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar recommended)
  • Hot sauce
  • Ground paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Cube the Velveeta cheese and shred the cheddar cheese. Measure out spices and milk.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
