  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Β½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
  • ΒΎ cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking pan to form an even layer. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the melted chocolate and mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spread the chocolate cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula for a clean finish.
  5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Slice into bars and garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
