Juicy chicken breasts baked in a creamy Caesar sauce with a golden Parmesan crust—perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Caesar dressing and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the creamy Caesar sauce evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are completely coated.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden, bubbly crust. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
  8. Remove the dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color.

Notes

[‘Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.’, ‘For thicker chicken breasts, consider pounding them to an even thickness for quicker cooking.’, ‘Double the sauce if you prefer extra creamy dishes.’, ‘Broil with care to avoid burning the cheese topping.’]
