  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the coating:
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease your donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
